Connect your character, activate the service, and choose the actions you need. Start with the four steps below.
1. Sign in to your dashboard
Open the assistant dashboard and choose a sign-in method. Your dashboard is created automatically when you first sign in.
For future visits, use the same sign-in method and account. A different method or account may open a new, empty dashboard.
2. Add your character
- Click “+” in your dashboard.
- Choose the method your character is linked to in the game: VK, Facebook, Google, or email.
- Enter the details for that method and finish adding the character.
Google and email are different linking methods. If you sign in to the game by email, choose the envelope icon, even for an @gmail.com address. Choose the Google icon only when the game is linked to your Google account.
If you cannot add a character through Facebook, contact support. This method may require a computer.
3. Activate the service
Click the alarm clock icon to the right of your character’s name. Choose a mode and use coupons to activate the service. Check the price and duration in the activation window before confirming.
Standard mode: 10 coupons for 7 days. VIP: 20 coupons for 7 days. Check your dashboard for the price and availability of other modes.
4. Configure actions
Click your character’s name to open settings. Enable the actions you need and check the options for each one.
For Federation tasks, check the days of the week and time intervals. Set them according to your Federation’s rules; if there are no limits, you can leave the limit fields empty.

Banquets. This tab is designed to assist with closing banquets and feasts. For each twin who contributes 500 diamonds to your banquet, 1 coupon will be deducted from your account.
Twinks. This tab should be used to add sultans who are expected only to reset federation tasks, reset chests on hunts, and collect diamonds.
Assistant: resource collection, academy training, federation task collection, tribute from envoys (performed after 8:00 PM server time), diamonds from the hall, pets, store setup for purchases, completing almost all daily tasks, etc.
The VIP mode adds features: hunting + chest catching (the chest must hang for more than 5 seconds), increased blue federation task limit by 10, fortress and fortress shop, as well as flag dumping in the arena.
More questions
Can I use an iPhone?
Yes. You can open the dashboard on a phone, tablet, or computer. The way you add a character depends on its in-game linking method.
How do I add coupons?
Click the coupon balance marked “$” at the top of your dashboard. Choose an amount and follow the prompts. Coupons usually arrive immediately after a successful payment; in some cases, this can take up to 3 hours.
Where is the task menu?
Click the key icon next to your character’s name. You can assign individual tasks here, such as spending spheres, resources, or seals. Available actions depend on the game and mode.
Everything is enabled, but the assistant is not working
Check the activation period and enabled actions. If “!” appears next to the character’s name, click it and update the linked account details: the assistant could not sign in to the game with the previous details.
An error appears when adding a character
Check that you selected the correct linking method. If the error keeps appearing, send support a screenshot and tell us which game you use and the step where the error occurs.
